How do I know which Tiege Hanley system is right for me?
We offer three levels of skin care systems. Level 1 includes the essentials: face wash, exfoliating scrub, and AM/PM moisturizers. Level 2 adds an anti-aging eye cream, and Level 3 includes eye cream plus an anti-aging firming serum.
When will my first box ship?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping times vary by location.
Can I customize my subscription frequency?
Yes! While our standard subscription ships every 30 days, you can easily adjust your frequency to 45 or 60 days through your account dashboard to match your personal usage.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your first box, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please contact our support team to initiate the process.
